Are you interested in learning Tai Chi but wondering if you could? Or, you have tried learning Tai Chi but got frustrated because you couldn’t ‘get it’, or you got frustrated because your body had other ideas?
Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health programmes are a way to learn Tai Chi, dare I say it, in a fun and easy-to-follow way. We break down and modify movements to make them easier to learn.
We also focus our teaching on safety of movement, encourage you to work within you comfort zone, and will modify movements when physical or mobility issues may otherwise make it hard to learn Tai Chi. Chairs are available if you prefer to learn Tai Chi seated.
You will learn short Tai Chi forms, developed by medical and Tai Chi experts to support your health and wellbeing, improve strength, flexibility and balance.
Your instructor Petra is a certified Master Trainer and instructor with the Tai Chi for Health Institute and an accredited member of AusActive (Tai Chi Instructor).
Arrive from 6pm for a 6.15pm class start (please be on time). Classes run generally for 60min with short breaks.
