We are a Middle Eastern food truck based in Wingham and travel all along the Mid North Coast of NSW.
We specialise in Lebanese/ Assyrian cuisine including mixed platters, home-made salads (tabouli, fatoush) and sauces (hommus, garlic and tahini). All our meats are chargrilled and we also have rolls like marinated chicken breast, lamb kafta, cauliflower, falafel and diced lamb.
We cater to vegetarians and we also have gluten free options.
So far, we have had a fantastic response from the community. All our food is home-made and made fresh to order. We pride ourselves on that.
