Yes! We are now Australia-wide. The Reason for so many QLD Posts is that we are based in QLD and have been operating in QLD for longer.

No sorry you cannot create a listing for the market/event you attend. This needs to be done by them directly as they need to keep it up to date etc. Please share our website with them to get listed and or tag them on one of our social media posts.

My Local Market Directory was started as a way to help my own stallholders and the local market community in our area during covid and the floods. As the stallholders are what helps to draw attendance to your market/event. The markets/events are asked to pay for a listing. With the number of markets and stalls etc across Australia, MLMD is a full time job and without Government Funding like some directories.

A Stockist is a business that has other people purchase their stock at wholesale or on consignment to be able to have their products in many different locations and sold by others to increase their brand awareness. Example A Tomato Sauce Maker, sells at their local market, but they would like to get other shops, stallholders, etc to sell their Sauce to. Example a BBQ food truck may like to stock the sauce for customers to buy as well as use on their burgers. We created a stockist listing for Businesses who have Products and Stock they would like others to sell. Please contact Chantel if you are not sure if your type of business can be listed as a stockist. find@mylocalmarketdirectory.com.au

A franchise is a business that has other people use their logo, recipes, business model in many different locations. Example bricks and mortor shops like Boost Juice, this type of business is becoming more and more popular for those who have not run a business before as they have support and systems in place to help them. We created a Franchise listing for Businesses who have franchises, or for Multi Level Marketing (MLM) Businesses. There are to be only one of each business on our Franchise Page. We prefer to have the Head Business themselves to have a listing but as some may not wish to a person who is representing the business as a brand partner, consultant etc can join. Please reach out to Chantel if you are not sure if your type of business can be listed as a franchise. find@mylocalmarketdirectory.com.au
